Privacy and control

Delete your dashboard data.

You control every provider connection and the analytics Underexposed stores for your workspace. Deleting dashboard data does not delete your Instagram or Google account.

Delete one provider's data.

  1. Sign in to the Underexposed Dashboard.
  2. Open Settings, then Connections.
  3. Choose Disconnect to stop future access and refreshes.
  4. Choose Delete stored data for Instagram, Search Console, or Google Analytics.

The deletion worker attempts to revoke the provider authorization before removing the stored connection, encrypted credentials, normalized metrics, and sync records for that provider.

Delete Client Vault saves and private notes.

Use Client Vault’s private tracking controls to export your data or delete saved prospects and notes. The authenticated export and deletion routes remain available after membership ends. If you cannot sign in, use the account email below. Complete account deletion also removes your Client Vault state.

Forget saved Vault preferences.

Your remembered photography interests and home city are private to your account and shared by Client Vault and Press Vault. Use Forget in either Vault to remove them. This does not change your Circle profile or delete your saved contacts. The authenticated preference deletion route remains available after membership ends. Complete account deletion also removes these preferences.

Clear saved Outreach profiles and feedback.

Open Outreach to export your private profile, project history and relevance feedback, or clear your saved profile and feedback. These routes remain available after membership ends. Clearing saved Outreach state keeps your Circle content, prepared starting profile, shared Vault preferences and saved contacts. Returning to Outreach can prepare a new starting profile. Complete account deletion also removes your saved Outreach state and prepared starting profile.

Delete the complete dashboard account.

  1. Sign in and open Settings, then Account and goals.
  2. In the Delete account section, type DELETE.
  3. Choose Request account deletion.

The request covers the workspace, provider credentials, normalized analytics, generated insights, sync history and dashboard user account. A workspace with multiple members may require manual review before deletion.

If you cannot sign in.

Email frederik@trovatten.com from the address used for your Underexposed account and ask for dashboard data deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
